Big change

This is what's going to happen:

Me, Tuff Kitty and Batty are starting a TF2 server, under apoC.
We will need new "supervisors" of the CZ server. You will be granted full access to the server,
and will be the "go to" person for issues regarding that server.

However, since I no longer want to fund for a dead CZ server, I will give the new supervisors exactly one month to populate the server and get a good, regular player base. Me and Batty will determine after a month rather or not we should keep the CZ server.
